Why Call ATF?

After the Flood Disaster Restoration Company begins the water damage process by using the “Water Claw” to assist with extraction (removal) of any standing water in the carpet or the hard surface floors.  The water claw’s technology is so advanced that we are able to remove nearly 97% of the water from the carpet and pad just by extracting with the water claw.  Normal extraction with the traditional carpet wand only removes 70-80% of the standing water in a structure.  By using our service you have already removed 20-30% more standing water, and that alone will speed up the drying process and help to prevent secondary damage.

APCC follows all guidelines laid out in the IICRC Standard for Water Damage Restoration.  The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, the governing body of national experts that set the guidelines for how to proceed with a water damage restoration project of any size, or magnitude.  The standards that they have set are the "bible" of the industry and are written to make sure that the restoration project is done completely and correctly.

After the Flood Disaster Restoration Company also uses the TES Ultra High Speed Drying System.  What this means to you is that we have the newest technology in structural drying, and we are able to dry out flooded areas faster than other companies have ever been able to do so before.  How does this help you?  Water damage situations can cause all kinds of obvious damage that we can all see, like warped floors, wet carpet, damaged drywall ceilings, collapsed ceiling tiles and on and on.  Water also causes damage that we are not necessarily able to see.  If water sits too long in drywall, behind paneling, under hardwood floors, side effects begin to occur.  Materials break down, mold begins to grow and the problems begin to escalate.
